Caramel Crunch made with real Skor

I make this favourite with a chocolate cookie base and infuse the filling with Salted Caramel Baileys.  

It's topped with chocolate ganache, chocolate whipped cream, homemade salted Caramel and a whole Skor chocolate bar and Skor toffee bits.
